1
Grain Inlet

A 2-foot straight drop into the cleaner is recommended to ensure proper grain flow and cleaning performance.

2
Inspection Door

Designed for easy access during routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning.

3
Gate indicator

The gate indicator features an adjustable scale from 0–3, with 3 representing the fully open position. It controls the inlet openings to the cleaning channels, helping maintain an even ribbon of grain across the full width of the cleaner for consistent performance. We recommend a setting between 1.5 and 2 for most applications, though minor adjustments may be needed based on grain type and size.

4
Screen Access Door

Designed for quick access to inspect, remove, or replace the cleaning screens.

5

Built on a Proven Foundation

Magik Cleaners have earned a reputation for reliable grain cleaning across agricultural operations.

In 2026, the product line was acquired by GrainTech under Kyle Kirchhoff, owner of KWF, LLC, following years of direct manufacturing involvement in building, assembling, and supporting the equipment.

This transition ensures continuity in both product quality and long-term support, while positioning Magik Cleaners for continued growth and expansion.
